Any Bank or Unit Owner Requesting A Condo Questionnaire

Please Note The Following Procedure:

Questionnaire fees are as follows:

 

CHECK ONLY

1 Page = $50.00

2-3 Pages = $75.00

4 Pages = $100.00

5+ Pages = $150.00

Addendum for Building Safety, Structural Integrity Etc = $400.00

Checks are to be made payable to:

Preferred Management Inc. at 25 Charles Street, Westwood, NJ 07675

The payment MUST be attached the questionnaire form. The questionnaire will not be processed until both the check and form are received.

 

The top portion of the questionnaire must also be completed listing: Name of Borrower, Unit number, and the Name of the Association for which the form is being processed.

 

Then kindly provide instructions (email, fax and or address to return the form, along with contact name and phone number) so the form may be promptly provided upon completion.  

 

It should be noted that it takes 2 - 3 business days (48 -72 hours) to complete the questionnaire (does not count weekends or holidays). Any requests to process the questionnaire sooner carries an additional charge of $25.00. Allow approximately 2 weeks for the addendum Building Safety, Soundness, Structural Integrity and Habitability. Any requests to process the questionnaire sooner carries an additional charge of $25.00. (Does not apply to the addendum which will take approximately 2 weeks)
