EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

Preferred Management is available to assist all clients through emergencies during the normal business day as well as after hours and holidays. However, for life threatening emergencies which is defined by danger to life or property, that may require the police, fire department or ambulance, please contact 911 immediately.

 

 

Any other emergencies that are non-life threatening may be reported to our office by calling our main number of (201) 358-9399 where a staff member is always available to assist.              

 

At Preferred Management our clients are our top priority and are always provided with a staff member that will answer all calls directly as no time is wasted on any voice mail system.

 

In addition for after hours and holidays, our “24 hour live answering service” is also available to assist anyone who may need emergency assistance. The answering service staff will then contact the assigned “on call” Property Manager who will promptly assist your needs as required.

 

Please do not email or text emergencies to your assigned Property Manager as they may not be on call and may not be able to respond. As always, clients are strongly encouraged to directly contact Preferred Management during office hours for non-life threatening emergencies at (201) 358-9399.
