Preferred Management uses  First Citizens Bank (formerly known as CIT) for each Association's banking.

 

Management is pleased to provide different options to fit each individual's needs for monthly payment.

See below the four different options available to pay your charges.

1. Standard - ​​            Simply place your check and detachable coupon from your statement in                                        the envelope provided and send via regular mail delivery.                

2. Credit Card  -                                                                             

3. ECheck -                                                                                        

4. Online Banking - If you choose this method of payment you must instruct your bank to send                                      the payment to:

                             You must include your three (3) digit building ID #, if you do not know this                                             number, look at your scan line at the bottom of your statement and it will                                               be the second group of numbers and it is noted by the last three digits.                                                     Also the account number must be listed which is found clearly stated on                                                 your return coupon. 

                                        

                             Also, please remember to always make your maintenance payments                                                         payable to your Property/Association, not Preferred Management.
